Day 1 : Santa Cruz Island: Black Turtle Cove
Day 2 : Genovesa Island: El Barranco & Darwin Bay
Explore the wonders of Genovesa Island, starting with El Barranco, also known as Prince Philip’s Steps. A steep path leads to a dramatic cliff where you’ll find palo santo forests inhabited by red-footed boobies, Galapagos swallows, and short-eared owls. Later, visit Darwin Bay, a stunning coral beach surrounded by mangroves, home to Nazca boobies, swallow-tailed gulls, and playful sea lions. A hike along the trail offers breathtaking coastal views.
Day 3 : Santiago Island: Sullivan Bay & Rabida Island
Sullivan Bay presents a fascinating volcanic landscape, featuring lava flows that stretch as far as the eye can see. Walk across this otherworldly terrain, formed by recent eruptions, and witness the first signs of life taking root. In the afternoon, visit Rabida Island, known for its striking red sand beach and excellent snorkeling opportunities.
