Itinerary
Day 1 : San Cristóbal Island | Tijeretas Hill & Interpretation Center
Day 2 : Española Island | Gardner Bay & Punta Suárez
Spend the day exploring Española, one of the oldest islands in the Galapagos. Relax on the white sandy beach of Gardner Bay, where sea lions bask and marine iguanas rest on the shore. Snorkel in the surrounding waters, home to sea turtles, tropical fish, and reef sharks. Later, visit Punta Suárez, a birdwatcher’s paradise where you can walk among nesting waved albatrosses, Nazca boobies, and blue-footed boobies.
Day 3 : Floreana Island | Cormorant Point & Post Office Bay
Arrive at Floreana Island and visit Cormorant Point, known for its unique green sand beach and brackish lagoon, where flamingos can often be seen. Take a guided walk to learn about the island’s fascinating natural history before snorkeling at Champion Islet, a haven for marine life. In the afternoon, visit Post Office Bay, where travelers have left letters for centuries in a wooden barrel—continue the tradition by leaving or delivering a postcard.
Day 4 : Santa Cruz Island | Charles Darwin Research Station | Departure
On your final day, visit the Charles Darwin Research Station in Puerto Ayora to observe Galapagos giant tortoises and learn about conservation efforts to protect them. Walk through breeding centers and see different species up close. After this memorable experience, transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight back to the mainland.
